Greenline Architecture was formed in a merger in 2007. Bob’s partner left last year and new blood now included. There are 11 staff total and 3 registered architects leading the firm.
Most business is from referrals from consultants and previous clients in the 100 mile radius area they serve.
Greenline does residential and custom designs with emphasis on good basic design standards in every aspect. They have done public buildings – libraries – over 40 churches – medical – banks – restaurants eg. Lady and Sons. Currently doing a custom house at Palmetto Bluff for an EAS member.
NB Their basic designs include most of the beneficial features for LEEDS certification, which is not usually acquired due to its $40,000 additional cost to the project.
